GPrivate Legal

Terms of Service

Publisher: QC Solution · Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of GPrivate — Private Camera & Vault (“GPrivate”), published by QC Solution. By using GPrivate, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

The service

GPrivate provides an on-device camera and encrypted local media vault. The app does not provide a GPrivate cloud account, cloud backup or synchronization service. You are responsible for the media you capture/import, your device and vault credentials, and any copies you export.

Local storage and recovery

Vault media is encrypted on your device. GPrivate cannot restore vault media through a server if you lose your device-bound key or credentials. Exporting creates a decrypted copy outside the vault. Deletion from GPrivate may not remove copies you previously exported, copies held by other apps, or copies included in device backups.

Free use, ads and rewards

Premium purchases

GPrivate may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Available plans, prices, currency, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown by the applicable store at purchase. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, renew according to the terms shown by that store unless canceled through the store, and are subject to that store’s billing and refund rules. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Premium removes ads while the entitlement is active; it does not provide cloud storage or media recovery.

Acceptable use and your content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to capture, import, store and export content using GPrivate, and you must comply with applicable law. You retain responsibility for your content. We do not receive or review vault media through a GPrivate backend.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue app features, quotas or third-party integrations when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal or service-provider reasons. Some features require compatible device hardware, operating-system permissions, network access or an available third-party service.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GPrivate is provided “as is” and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every device or media format will be supported. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, QC Solution is not responsible for loss of media caused by device failure, lost credentials, operating-system behavior, third-party services or copies stored outside the vault.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
